Meet Phuong Ho, AG Mednet's Associate Director, Quality and Regulatory Compliance

What brought you to AG Mednet?

I was part of a very large organization prior to AG Mednet and was drawn to being part of a smaller organization knowing I had the ability to make further impact. While in regulatory and project management I was always interested in process improvement efforts and enjoyed collaborating with the Quality teams. AG Mednet gave me the opportunity to apply my compliance experience from my days at an academic research institution and a contract research organization.

What do you like most about the company and your job?

My colleagues. I appreciate that AG Mednet’s leaders trust and support us making decisions to ensure the success of our respective projects.

Currently listening to The Marias and Arlo Parks—female leads with ethereal vocals.

Any career advice for people starting in this industry?

I would encourage people within the industry to chat with their colleagues in different departments and understand at a high level what everyone is doing. It’s often very easy to operate in silos but it’s a great way to see how everyone fits, in delivering a product to a client. It also allows people to be able to explore other potential career paths and embrace pivoting.‍
