What brought you to AG Mednet?

My previous jobs were all in much larger organizations and I wanted to be a part of a company where my contributions make a greater impact and my insights are valued and taken seriously. I enjoy being inventive, value innovation, and being part of a nimble, innovative team, and I've discovered smaller organizations, and AG Mednet especially, encourage and support those same values.

What do you like most about the company and your job?

My colleagues. Everyone is very open and inviting, easy to talk to, and all enjoy collaborating to make the Judi platform the best product possible.

Any career advice for people starting in this industry?

Communication is paramount. Talk to as many people as possible outside and within your organization. It’s crucial to know what everyone does, how they do it, and why they do it. This allows for collaboration across departments and helps maximize efficiency. Connecting with like-minded individuals is an excellent way to increase your knowledge within the space and further your career.
