Meet Sara Sutherland, Senior Project Manager, Trial Delivery

What brought you to AG Mednet?

Before AG Mednet, I worked at a large CRO where, in my case, there was limited opportunity for career development and connection with my co-workers. When I was presented with the opportunity to work at AG Mednet I jumped at it because the people and the environment seemed so positive. Everyone was happy to be working here. I also loved continuing to have an impact in the world of clinical trials.

What do you like most about the company and your job?

The people! Everyone says hello to each other when you are in the office and genuinely cares about what you have going on inside and outside of the workplace. My direct team is the most supportive team I have ever worked with. They are always willing to help, even if they are busy as well.

What’s on your headphones now—what music is on your playlist?

Taylor Swift 24/7, right now I am in a Folklore phase!

Any career advice for people starting in this industry?

Try to make many connections with people in the industry and network as much as possible—every job that I have had in this field I have found through one of the connections that I made. Also, staying on top of communication is key. As a project manager communicating with your direct team, the other teams in your organization, and your clients is the most important part of your job.
